Soumya is the founder of S.K. PANDA & ASSOCIATES, a full-service law firm, headquartered in New Delhi. She specialises in the field of International Trade and Customs, white collar crimes and Insolvency laws.

She also advises and represents companies in all areas of taxation, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value Added Tax (VAT), Foreign Trade Policy and Free Trade Agreements, and Special Economic Zones.

After graduating with an engineering degree in Computer Science and Technology and then a degree in Law, she is in an unparalleled position to advise and represent clients on disputes, cross- border deals and collaborations. With the unique expertise of representing clients right from the stage of investigation till the Supreme Court, she believes in a solutions-oriented approach to legal issues.
