Arbitration
Our Arbitration team consists of members with extensive experience and expertise in handling all phases of complex commercial and treaty arbitrations, including advising on negotiation strategy, developing dispute resolution plans, drafting pleadings, conducting arbitration hearings. Our leadership consists of an Empaneled Arbitrator in Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA), National Stock Exchange, Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (Scope) and Bombay High Court.
Our team has a deep understanding of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and is equipped to handle complex arbitrations in diverse fields such as construction, infrastructure, commercial, and corporate disputes. We also advise clients on the enforcement and setting aside of arbitral awards.
Our services include representing clients in tax planning, risk assessment, compliance support advisory and litigation. In litigation, we represent clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Court, Tribunals and tax authorities.
