With over 30 years of experience, M. S. Bharadwaj, has extensive experience in white collar crimes.
His experience as an Investigation Officer of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) enables him to come up with out of the box thinking in complex issues.
He also has extensive experience in the fields of Customs, Excise Duty, Service Tax & Company Law Board matters, Foreign Direct Investment, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions.
He has appeared in various special tribunals including NCLT, NCLAT, Adjudicating Authorities in Directorate of Enforcement, Debt Recovery Tribunal, SEBI Tribunal, Appellate Tribunals for Foreign Exchange & Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
He is also designated as a Senior Counsel – Grade-I, Bombay High Court, Government of India where he practises direct & indirect taxes & other regulatory laws.
He is also a member of The International Centre For Alternative Dispute Resolution (ICADR), New Delhi.
She also advises and represents companies in all areas of taxation, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value Added Tax (VAT), Foreign Trade Policy and Free Trade Agreements, and Special Economic Zones.
After graduating with an engineering degree in Computer Science and Technology and then a degree in Law, she is in an unparalleled position to advise and represent clients on disputes, cross- border deals and collaborations. With the unique expertise of representing clients right from the stage of investigation till the Supreme Court, she believes in a solutions-oriented approach to legal issues.
