With over 45 years of experience, Ashok K Tripathi, is a seasoned Arbitrator and an expert on Insolvency Laws.
He retired as a Principal District and Sessions Judge. During his tenure as a judge, he held the post of the Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Delhi and Chandigarh, Member (Judicial) Company Law Board, Western region (Now National Company Law Tribunal).
He has held several important positions such as the Chairman of PLA, Meerut, U.P., Legal Adviser of Indian Ports Association, under the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India and Legal Advisor to NHAI.
He is also an empanelled Arbitrator of the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA), National Stock Exchange (NSE), Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (Scope) and Bombay High Court.
She also advises and represents companies in all areas of taxation, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value Added Tax (VAT), Foreign Trade Policy and Free Trade Agreements, and Special Economic Zones.
After graduating with an engineering degree in Computer Science and Technology and then a degree in Law, she is in an unparalleled position to advise and represent clients on disputes, cross- border deals and collaborations. With the unique expertise of representing clients right from the stage of investigation till the Supreme Court, she believes in a solutions-oriented approach to legal issues.
